Marching into March... at Tonto Indian Ruins

March started with a field trip to the Tonto Indian Ruins...

 It was an awesome and exhilarating hike!

 We went with our homeschool group.

 Here is Mini Chip and me with a couple of the other moms. They are SOO WONDERFUL!! I am very blessed to have met such like-minded, supportive, and classy ladies!

It was quite a drive to get to the ruins. We stopped on the way back at Honeyville Farms, which is a bulk foods store. We were able to sample a bunch of different freeze dried foods while we were there. Our favorites were asparagus, mango, and strawberries.

February is finished...

My older two girls participated in the Jr. High AWANAS Games on Sunday the 26th.

 They played really well and took home first place! :-)

 My friend, Heather, later gave us all haircuts...

 This man is adorable even when crabby and sitting in a funky chair... :-)

Uncle Nate sure is great!

We joined a fantastic church and...

...purchased this camper. It is very nice and fits our family very well!

Can't wait to go camping!!! :-)

And on the last day of February...

the big girls entered a bookmark contest at the library.

Nobody seems to be sure when we will get the results from the contest. So, we will just wait for the notice to arrive in the mail... :-)

That concludes our February. It was a Fabulous month and it is Finished! :-)

Special visitors...

Grandma and Grandpa cookie visited us.

Isn't she just BEAUTIFUL!!!

I am very blessed and thankful to have this girl for my daughter!

She is kind and sweet and loving! She is feeling more and more confident and growing smarter and more awesome with each passing year!!

She is simply a wonderful young lady!!

Just in case you don't know, it is her golden birthday because she is the same age as her birthday ~ 14 on the 14th.

We will be celebrating this evening with ice cream cake, gifts, and fun games!

Mr. Cookies parents arrive tonight too!!
